Editorial policy
Southern Lifestyle Hub aims to publish accurate, independent and clearly presented editorial material. We distinguish editorial coverage from paid collaboration and correct meaningful errors openly.
Accuracy and context
We check factual statements against suitable sources and take care with regional descriptions, where a broad label can hide important differences. Writers should make clear what is known, what is interpretation and where an account has limits. We do not present personal taste as a fact about an entire region.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for reader interest and relevance, not to promise a favourable mention. A commercial relationship does not determine our conclusions, and we do not imply that a product, place or service has been independently tested when it has not.
Corrections
When a material error is identified, we review it and correct the published text as appropriate. Readers can send the article title, the detail in question and supporting context through the Contact page. Clarifications may be added when they help readers understand a significant change.
Partnerships and illustrations
Paid or partner material is identified clearly so readers can tell it apart from independent editorial coverage. The label and wording will describe the nature of the relationship without suggesting endorsement where none is intended. Some illustrations are AI-generated; when used, they are identified as such and are not presented as documentary photographs.
